Office Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
- Maintain and update office records, files, and databases
- Perform general office errands such as purchasing office supplies or running timely office-related errands
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to obtain quotes, request information, and coordinate deliveries
- Process and track jobs-related paperwork, including permits, licenses, and certificates
- Review documents, invoices, and other files
- Provide overall clerical support, assist with document management and other administrative tasks
- Conduct research and create reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Keep accurate records of employee attendance and timesheets when needed
- Assist with other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Experience in Office Administration (at least 2 years)
- G/G2 Driver’s license required

Competences or Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively

**Salary**: $22.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
