Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with special projects as assigned

**Requirements**:

- 2 years + expriense in residential property managment
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems such as Microsoft Office, Quickbooks

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- French (required)

Work Location: In person
