R&K Consulting is an immigration consultancy firm located in Montreal and Toronto, Canada. We are a national regulatory body authorized by the government of Canada and Quebec and provide immigration service according to the immigration regulations and the requirement of clients. Our Montreal Office is now looking for an Administrative Assistant.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- College or Bachelor's degree
- Must speak Korean, French and English
- Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
- Must have at least one year of experience working as an Administrative Assistant
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS office
- Familiarity with the use of social media (blog or Instagram posts)
**Job duties**:
- Answer telephone and electronic enquires
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Maintain contact lists and call logs
- Provide general support to visitors
- Assistant president and senior manager
- Maintenance of company blog, Instagram and home page
**Work Location**: Montreal office
**Working Schedule**: 35 hours a week
**Salary & Benefits**:Hourly wage
**Salary**: $17.00-$21.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Language**:
- Korean (preferred)
- English or French (preferred)
