We've been helping people dance since 1912 and the person we are looking for doesn't need to show us their dance moves... but we are looking for someone who can be the positive first impression of our business for our future students.

Here's the Pitch:
We are hiring for a full time (12pm-9pm) position Monday through Thursday and Saturdays (10am-4pm). For anyone that loves people, isn't bothered by a lively atmosphere, and understands how to deliver great service on the web, the phone, and in person. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they sign in and out
- Perform data entry, manage files, and update records
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Must be proficient in speaking, in the French & English language
- Must be competent in reading and writing, in the French & English language
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus
- Knowledge of Mailchimp is a plus

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
