**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Account Manager located in Pickering, ON. The Account Manager will be responsible for new business development, account management, communication, lead generation, and ensuring high levels of customer service on a day-to-day basis.

**Responsibilities**
- New Business Development and Account Management skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Experience in lead generation activities
- Attend tradeshows and industry events
- Effective relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals and project management initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on business development progress and market insights.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Business development: 1 year (preferred)
- CE or Computer Sales: 1 year (required)

- Class G Licence (required)

**Location**:

- Pickering, ON L1W 3G7 (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
