At Gifted Hands Health Services, our **Business Development Manager** is expected to do the following for us:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and negotiate contracts with clients. Follow internal processes for quotes, and be able to independently write RFP/RFQ's.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas of growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

- Proven experience in business development or sales role.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Excellent project management skills to effectively manage multiple client accounts.
- In-depth knowledge of the market and industry trends.

As a **Business Development Manager**, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our company. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts. Your ability to effectively manage projects and utilize CRM software will be essential in achieving sales targets. Please note that this is not an entry-level position. Previous experience in a similar role is required.

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
