We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at The Body Shop International Limited.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in disability management and be able to drive business growth through effective partnerships and strategic planning.

About the Role

  1. Promote and develop business opportunities that support individuals with disabilities, working closely with key stakeholders to identify new revenue streams.
  2. Maintain relationships with existing partners and suppliers, ensuring excellent service delivery and exploring opportunities for mutual benefit.
  3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform business development strategies.
  4. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to raise awareness of our services and promote our brand as a leader in disability support.
  5. Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of business development initiatives into overall company strategy.
  6. Analyse sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
  7. Establish and maintain a network of external contacts, including influencers, thought leaders, and industry experts, to stay informed about best practices and emerging trends.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in business development or a related field, preferably in the disability sector.
  • Proven track record of delivering business growth through effective partnerships and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or social sciences.
