Account Manager-industrial Sales

**Position Summary**:
Snap-on Tools of Canada Co, Industrial Division, is currently looking for a dynamic sales representative based out of Eastern Ontario. The territory for this position includes but is not limited to: Eastern Toronto, Markham, Newmarket, Oshawa, Trenton and surrounding areas.
As the Industrial Account Manager you will develop and grow sales of corporate and Industrial accounts, generate new business leads and identify specific actions to meet or exceed your sales goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales for Industrial Accounts; sales plan rollout and projections
- Establish quarterly/yearly sales projections; adjust your sales plan to get back on track when needed
- Deliver customer-focused service
- Maintain and develop your list of calls
- Work closely with all company channels to facilitate strong communication and growth across the organization
- Generate new business leads which includes cold calling
- Accurately manage and report consignment inventory
- Assist in account collection
- Maintain accurate and complete business records in accordance with Company procedures
- Submit detailed reports weekly in a timely manner
- Act responsibly and in compliance with our business code of conduct and ethics
**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years of outside selling experience preferably serving the Industrial tool market
- Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth
- Bachelor degree/diploma required or comparable sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong organizational and communication skills are required
- Comfortable working with and presenting to all levels within an organization
- You’ll provide your own reliable vehicle (no car allowance), have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Some overnight travel will be required. (Out of town travel expenses are reimbursed pending approval)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
