OnDeck Canada uses data aggregation from hundreds of data points along with business credit scores and bank statements to evaluate the financial health of small and medium sized businesses. Using this we efficiently deliver cashflow solutions in a market underserved by the major banks. Through the OnDeck Canada platforms, small businesses can obtain affordable lines of credit, loans and flex funds in a much more convenient and customer-friendly way.

**The opportunity**:
We're in search of a motivated Partnership Account Executive to drive business growth. As an integral part of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in connecting small and mid-sized businesses across Canada with the financing they need, all within our dynamic partner programs.

**Get paid to**:

- **Build Momentum**: Source new opportunities daily within our partner programs, surpassing your quota through proactive outreach and engagement.
- **Manage the Pipeline**: Skillfully follow up on all leads, maintaining an active pipeline and fostering potential business relationships.
- **Seal the Deal**: Meet sales targets by effectively converting leads into loyal clients who benefit from our financing solutions.
- **Strengthen Relationships**: Understand business owners' needs, identify revenue opportunities, and expand their understanding of our product offerings.
- **Maintain Records**: Keep track of lead and opportunity status in Salesforce, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

**About you**:

- **Sales Savvy**: With a minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience, you're well-versed in the world of business development.
- **Understand SMBs**: You have a knack for understanding the needs of small and mid-sized businesses and translating them into actionable opportunities.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Your negotiation prowess sets you apart, and you're adept at closing deals in a composed manner.
- **Entrepreneurial Mindset**: You're comfortable with a performance-driven environment and are undeterred by challenges, showing resilience and determination.
- **Professional**: Your communication skills are polished, reflecting your commitment to professionalism and clear communication.
