Corporate Fundraising Manager

KidSmart is a community-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering kids in need to succeed in school by providing free essential tools for learning. We are seeking an experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead our corporate fundraising and philanthropy efforts, driving strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
About the RoleThis key leadership position requires a strategic thinker with a drive for results, a capable manager, and an accomplished fundraiser or salesperson who can close and grow annual corporate financial partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing an annual Corporate Sales and Business Development Plan, with detailed goals and initiatives for a diverse and integrated corporate philanthropy program. This includes:
- Developing and implementing an annual corporate giving campaign strategy to meet budget requirements
- Increasing annual corporate revenue and partnerships through special event sponsorships, mission immersion partnerships, key third-party events, online employee giving opportunities, matching gifts & campaign-based fundraising
- Increasing annual corporate grant revenue in partnership with the KidSmart grant team by finding new opportunities and maintaining current partnerships
- Maintaining high-level stewardship through regular marketing and 'sales' initiatives, communication, outreach, appreciation, and relationship building
We are looking for a candidate with at least three years of management experience, preferably in corporate sales or fundraising, with a successful track record in maintaining and securing new corporate gifts/accounts. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media, and donor database and customer/sales management systems. A Bachelor's degree with an advanced degree is favorable.
Benefits and SalaryKidSmart offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $80,000, plus additional benefits such as health, dental, and life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The salary range is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
