As a **Coordinator of Amazon account**, you will play a key role in customer satisfaction and retention. You will be responsible for post-purchase follow-up, managing returns and refunds, and planning deliveries, while ensuring smooth and proactive communication with our customers. Your mission will also include managing and growing Amazon reviews, upselling over the phone, and responding to user questions. This position has the potential for rapid advancement.
**Responsibilities**
- **Post-Purchase Follow-Up**: Maintain continuous and attentive communication with customers after purchase to ensure their satisfaction.
- **Delivery Planning**: Coordinate delivery slots between the customer and the carrier, ensuring timely deliveries.
- **Returns and Refunds Management**: Efficiently handle return and refund requests, ensuring a positive experience for the customer.
- **Customer Retention and Loyalty**: Develop trust-based relationships and encourage customer loyalty through quality service.
- **Amazon Reviews Management**: Promote and manage customer reviews on Amazon, implementing strategies to increase their number and maintain a positive image.
- **Upselling by Phone**: Identify additional sales opportunities by communicating the features and benefits of our products to potential customers.
- **Responding to Amazon Questions**: Answer user questions about our products on Amazon, providing clear and relevant information to facilitate their purchasing decision.
**Desired Profile**
- **Experience**: Minimum 3 to 5 years in customer relations and after-sales service, **with previous experience on Amazon Seller Central or a similar online sales platform**.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly with customers, by phone, in writing, and online.
- **Proactivity**: Initiative and ability to anticipate customer needs, providing fast and responsive service.
- **Efficiency and Priority Management**: Ability to handle a high volume of requests within deadlines, demonstrating rigor and organization.
- **Customer Orientation and Empathy**: Constant concern for customer satisfaction, knowing how to put them at ease and understand their needs.
