- Partenariat avec les équipes des ventes et des comptes clients sur les problèmes de blocage de crédit et de commande pour atténuer les ventes perdues
- Apporter les modifications nécessaires aux commandes existantes en raison de la disponibilité, des retards ou d'autres problèmes pouvant survenir
- Dépanner et rechercher les commandes et les complications d'expédition pour une résolution rapide
- Gérer contraintes de distribution selon les besoins
- Créer des RA, des crédits et des débits
- S'associer aux ventes pour aider à la saisie des commandes client, à la saisie des commandes client et des contrats pendant la saison de pré-réservation
- Soutenir les activités de pré-vente, y compris les réunions de vente semestrielles, l'intégration de nouveaux clients
- Communiquer tous les envois sortant en retard aux représentants de compte et/ou aux clients
- Répondre aux demandes des clients pour clarifier tout problème ou retard de contrôle qualité
- Collaborer avec nos équipes Logistique & Planification et Entreposage au besoin
- Aider à l'activité de distribution, aux contraintes de capacité, aux lancements et aux capacités
- Examiner et tenir à jour les directives de routage et de conformité
- Rapport sur les rétrofacturations et les contestations si nécessaire

Ce que vous apportez:

- 1 à 5 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle, idéalement dans un environnement de vente en gros
- Solides capacités de compréhension, d'écoute
- Capacité à maintenir un haut niveau d'énergie et un sens de priorité
- Excellentes compétences intuitives, analytiques et de résolution de problèmes
- Solides compétences en travail d'équipe avec la capacité d'établir et de maintenir des relations de travail positives et efficaces
- Une attention particulière aux détails et à la précision
- Capacité de travailler indépendamment
- Bonnes connaissances de la chaîne d'approvisionnement
- Maîtrise des produits Microsoft Office et compétences intermédiaires en Excel préférées
- Expérience SAP est un atout
- Connaissances fondamentales des comptes clients

Steve Madden Canada is looking for a Wholesale Account Coordinator who can provide top-quality support to our Wholesale Accounts and Internal Partners while responding to requests regarding products, shipments, and deliveries. Our new representative will address all customer inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism, integrity, and product knowledge while keeping our core values in mind. This position is an extremely customer-focused role and requires a positive, mature professional who can inspire confidence in our products, people, and processes. We're looking for a team player who prioritizes building relationships - both at Steve Madden and with our national and international customers.

What you will do:

- Partnering with Sales and Accounts Receivable teams on Credit Holds and Order Hold issues to mitigate lost sales
- Make any necessary changes to existing orders due to availability, delays, or other issues that may arise
- Troubleshoot and research orders and shipping complications for expedient resolution
- Educate Wholesale Customers on distribution capabilities and constraints as needed
- Create RA's, Credits, and Debits
- Partner with sales to assist with Sales Order Entries, entering sales orders and contracts during pre-book season
- Support Pre-Sale activities including bi-annual sales meetings, New Customer onboarding
