We are seeking an experienced Finance Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
About the Role:
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in our finance operations department. You will be responsible for managing accounts payable, including invoice processing and vendor communication.
You will also perform account reconciliations, analyze discrepancies, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Additionally, you will assist with general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. As well, we provide excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in a similar role in high volume B2B. You must be proficient in using accounting software and systems, have strong analytical skills, and be able to identify and resolve discrepancies. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, and intermediate Excel skills are required. The ideal candidate will be located in Canada and possess a valid work permit.
