At Steve Madden Canada, we are passionate about building a dynamic team of independent and motivated professionals. We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic **Accounts Payable Coordinator** to join our headquarters and help support the rest of our accounting department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls
- Matching of invoices to purchase orders.
- Validate and create suppliers in various banking platforms.
- Prepare and process payments while adhering to payment terms.
- Support the monthly bank reconciliation process.
- Collaborate with the Financial Analyst in preparing month-end accruals.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding payment information

**Qualifications**:

- Have between 3-5 years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
- Advanced Excel skills. And proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Accounting certificate or DEP in accounting techniques.
- Bilingual in French and English (both written and spoken)
