**YOUR ROLE**

**OVERVIEW**

The role resides within the Omni-Channel eCommerce Operations structure, which focuses on the post-purchase experience for digital customers, working collaboratively with many other departments including supply chain, store operations, inventory management, information technology, customer experience, brand, and others.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Understand the overall eCommerce business model, focusing on fulfillment and post purchase operations to maintain or improve productivity and deliver new growth initiatives.
- Understand the customer order management system and other key operations technologies and procedures
- Monitor fulfillment daily and investigate operations, identifying opportunities and troubleshooting issues in processes, missed objectives, technology etc., striving for continuous improvement.
- Support key business objectives, tracking performance, service compliance and success criteria, and escalate issues as needed, including with our Supply Chain, IT and Sales & Operations teams.
- Monitor defined points of internal contact related to our post-purchase operations.
- Prepare presentations, reports, studies, etc. (for approval or post-analysis), and occasionally present or assist in presenting material.
- Support preparation of documentation, training material etc. and assist in conducting training sessions with operational partners.
- Track the goals, processes, and metrics for initiatives to ensure proper delivery and objective attainment, recommending adjustments as needed.
- Stay current on industry best-practices and the competitive landscape, evaluating external opportunities.
- Define tasks and document processes/timelines for various programs.
- Practice open communication and collaboration throughout the organization, with the aim of mutual success.
- Conduct reviews of our brands’ service offering relative to competitor and partner websites.
- Other duties as assigned.

**DO YOU HAVE THE PROFILE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Previous experience in eCommerce/digital, retail, fulfillment, operations, or contact center environment considered an asset
- Experience or familiarity with the following capabilities is also considered an asset: order management systems, inventory systems, point-of-sale systems, customer service systems, drop-ship programs, or similar
- Highly organized, detailed-oriented, autonomous, and proactive
- Able to handle multiple projects at the same time, with skills in multitasking and project management
- Intermediate Excel & PowerPoint skills
- Energetic, positive personality with an ability to take initiative and function well in team environments
- Able to work cross-functionally in a matrix style organization and maintain positive relationships
- Knowledge of contemporary and emerging office technologies, ability to learn quickly, and an interest in technology
