We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join the PixMob Supply Chain team. The Purchasing Manager is responsible for efficiently managing inventory and stock levels at suppliers in Asia, which is a key role in our supply chain. The person is responsible for developing and executing a structured supply chain strategy. Ensuring that we have the correct inventory at the right time and at the right cost.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supply Chain Strategy**:
- Develop and implement a strategic supply chain strategy for T1/T2/T3 suppliers to maintain appropriate inventory levels and ensure quick response capabilities.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business objectives and market demand.

**Inventory Management**:
- Monitor inventory levels and establish inventory control mechanisms and shrinkage across multiple locations.- Analyze purchase price variances and provide accurate forecasts to management for informed decision-making.- Implement inventory optimization strategies to align stock levels with market demands.

**Purchase Order Execution**:
- Execute purchase orders and manage shipments among different tier suppliers to maintain adequate stock for product delivery across multiple locations.- Negotiate payment terms with suppliers, holding approval authority for payments to ensure financial efficiency.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand their supply needs and manage constraints effectively.- Lead indirect purchases with internal customers to fulfill their requirements and contribute to overall cost optimization.

**Process Improvements**:
- Implement purchasing process and technology improvements, including enhancements to Material Requirements Planning (MRP), reporting systems, and other relevant tools.- Continuously evaluate and enhance the efficiency of procurement processes to drive cost savings and operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field with 3-5 years of experience- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role, preferably with a focus on managing suppliers in Asia.- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.- In-depth knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.- A builder and self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, integrity and excellent communication skills- Bilingual and comfortable working in a multicultural/multilingual environment. Knowledge of other languages is considered a plus- Familiarity with relevant software and experience with Rootstock MRP is a plus- Available to travel between 10% to 20% of your time and willing to attend global supplier meetings in different time zones.
