Reparation Dent Tec Repair is a reputable company specializing in dent repair services for vehicles. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Purchasing Agent to join our team and contribute to our success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Source and negotiate with vendors for the purchase of materials, equipment, and supplies
- Review and analyze purchase requisitions and determine the most cost-effective procurement method
- Ensure timely delivery of purchased items and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts
- Evaluate supplier performance and maintain a database of approved suppliers
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and products that meet company standards
- Prepare purchase orders and contracts, and maintain accurate records of procurement transactions

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or similar role
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and procurement best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field preferred

Description du poste:
Responsabilités:

- Rechercher et négocier avec les fournisseurs pour l'achat de matériaux, équipements et fournitures
- Examiner et analyser les demandes d'achat et déterminer la méthode d'approvisionnement la plus rentable
- Assurer la livraison en temps voulu des articles achetés et surveiller les niveaux de stock pour éviter les ruptures de stock
- Évaluer la performance des fournisseurs et tenir une base de données des fournisseurs approuvés
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour comprendre les besoins et exigences d'approvisionnement
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'achat pour optimiser les coûts et améliorer l'efficacité
- Effectuer des recherches de marché pour identifier de nouveaux fournisseurs et produits répondant aux normes de l'entreprise
- Préparer des bons de commande et des contrats, et tenir des registres précis des transactions d'approvisionnement

Exigences:

- Expérience avérée en tant qu'Agent des Achats ou un rôle similaire
- Solides compétences en négociation et en communication
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prioriser efficacement les tâches
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office et des logiciels d'achat
- Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et analytiques
- Connaissance des principes de gestion des stocks et des meilleures pratiques d'approvisionnement
- Diplôme universitaire en administration des affaires, gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans un domaine connexe préféré
