The **Business Development Administrative Assistant's** primary objective will be to search through various online communities and social medias in order to generate and enter leads into our CRM, introducing new business opportunities for the Business Development team to further pursue. This role offers valuable experience in lead generation and Business Development within a supportive and fast-paced B2B environment. This opportunity is ideal for post-secondary students on their summer break looking to gain valuable experience in lead generation and business development. You will be working in a professional corporate setting where you are able to make a tangible impact in the company's growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Research and gather lead information across various industries, including Automotive, Powersports, Health Clinics, Retail, and Home Improvement.
- Accurately input lead data into our CRM system, ensuring completeness and correctness.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential leads and prioritize entry based on business needs.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent research skills with the ability to navigate various online platforms effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Availability to work in our office in Pickering, ON

**Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM from May until August 2024**
