The trusted home builder is at the forefront of development and construction that will be building nearly 800 units over the next 5 years. They offer a casual work environment full time in the office and are very passionate and ambitious individuals looking to make an impactful difference across Greater Toronto. This role is located on site in Pickering.

Adams Limitless is hired by some of the industries largest and fastest growing residential and commercial developers and builders across North America to help build their elite teams, could that be you?
- Coordinates and distributes up to date home plans/ drawings to the supervisors
- Tracks, controls and organizes documents in various systems
- Assist with Health and Safety on site orientation for trades
- Participate in monthly Health and Safety meetings with the trades and supervisors and distributes documentation (i.e. agenda, meeting minutes, action items) when required
- Maintains records related to Ministry of Labour mandated site visits including documentation to be posted and filed.
- Participates in production meetings with company staff, records and distributes minutes
- Orders and keeps track of office supplies for site office
- Maintains and updates all hard copy and electronic files related to specific site lots including design upgrades, site plans etc
Assist the Site Super with handling of site deliveries, office admin, trade safety and organization.**Requirements**:

- A minimum two years of onsite construction experience
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel), Outlook
- Familiar with Builder lynx software is a strong asset
- Interested in working from the hours of 8am
- 4pm in an outdoor environment
- Must wear hardhat and steel toe boots
- A strong passion for learning the construction and building industry with a fast-paced growing developer
- Superior communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Must have a valid drivers license and ability to travel to the construction site every day.
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all-weather climates
