**About Plan A**
Plan A is a growing Vancouver based real estate brokerage licensed for both trading and property management. Our focus is the downtown Vancouver condo and apartment market. Aside from managing properties for our clients, we also have our own portfolio of downtown condos as well as multi-unit residential apartment buildings.
**What is This Job All About?**
In this role you'll be functioning as the personal and executive assistant for the CEO.
You'll be asked to complete a variety of administrative business and personal tasks such as:
- Grocery shopping
- Booking Travel
- Basic accounting work
- Updating business records
- Performance administrative tasks for Plan A Real Estate
- Organizing and filing documents.
**Requirements**:
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong English language skills...written and spoken.
Self-starter and able to work effectively without being constantly supervised.
Clear thinker, business minded, hard worker
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Good with numbers
If the interview goes well, we'll ask you to come in for a few days of paid work. This will allow you and Plan A to determine if you're well suited for the position. If all parties are satisfied, a two year work contract will follow.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
