**Key Responsibilities**:
**EA + PA Duties**
- Manage and maintain the founders' calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle personal and professional appointments, facilitating seamless day-to-day operations for the founders.
- Managing and coordinating household, personal shopping and running errands.
- Planning and organizing parties, events on an as-needed basis.
- Monitor and maintain project management tools (e.g., ClickUp), ensuring project timelines and deliverables are on track.
- Organize and maintain crucial documents and information both physically and electronically, ensuring easy access and confidentiality.
- Managing travel arrangements.

**Design + Build Duties**
- Order, track, and manage shipments for fixtures, finishes, materials, and furnishings, maintaining meticulous records in master sheets and project management software.
- Source design details and negotiate with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Liaise with design and build teams to confirm orders, materials, and schedules, ensuring smooth operation and delivery of projects.
- Tool tracking organization.
- Storage room organization.
- Weekly site visits to restock and audit packouts and check tools at each of our projects.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years experience in an EA/PA or supportive role is essential; experience in the construction/design/contracting industry is a bonus.
- Drivers license with own vehicle required (this is not negotiable as we constantly need things picked up and dropped off.)
- Familiarity with the Vancouver area and ability to undertake frequent driving.
- Capability to physically lift up to 50 lbs (to pick up/drop off items to our storage room)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Team player with a willingness to "pitch in" as needed.
- This is not a 9-5 role, hours will need to be flexible. Sometimes you will need to attend an event, or work into the evening if there is a deadline.
- Excellent teamwork and ability to work with a diverse range of people.
- High degree of integrity and loyalty, being discrete and trustworthy whilst handling personal information.
- Being vegan would be a bonus, so you can make our founders some plant based meals occasionally
- Good sense of humor and personal style.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check.
- Experience or knowledge within graphic design is a bonus.
- Experience with Slack and project management tools like ClickUp preferred.
- Legal working status in Canada required. Sorry but we are not doing any sponsorships.
