**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project team members to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and proposals
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between project team members, subcontractors, and clients
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in the construction/precast concrete industry
- Proficiency in construction management software such as Auto-Cad, and Civil 3D
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and interpretation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

- AutoCAD: 1 year (preferred)
