**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Update and maintain donor spreadsheets, mailing lists, and other essential documents on Google Drive.
- **Donor Relations**: Prepare donor reports, photo collages and draft thank-you letters using templates.
- **Financial Support**: Handle invoicing and receipting, prepare excel budgets, track project costings and maintain financial records.
- **Research**: Undertake online product, donor and special project research
- **Photo Coordination**: Collaborate with photographers, social media volunteers and agencies to manage photo procurement, and maintain our Google Drive photo archive.
- **General Administrative Duties**: Handle related administrative and coordination tasks as they arise.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in office administration, finance or a similar co-ordination role.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- **Financial and Office Administration**: Experience maintaining highly accurate administrative records, preparing, and tracking project budgets, and handling general office duties.
- **Independence**: A self-starter who can work independently to tight deadlines.
- **Organization**: Very detail-oriented with proven organizational skills.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 weeks

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
