Project Coordinator
**Duties**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects
- Coordinate project activities and ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve project issues
- Maintain project files and documentation in an organized manner
- Support the project manager in managing project resources and budgets
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in project management software and tools
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well in a team environment
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, monitoring progress, preparing documentation, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your strong organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role. You should also possess excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important as you will be collaborating with team members and providing regular updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to work well in a team environment is crucial for success in this role.

**Salary**: $31.25-$38.46 per hour
