**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**

The Project Coordinator will assist in managing projects by coordinating resources, schedules, and information. They will ensure that project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Project Planning and Coordination**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Ensure that project objectives are met by monitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary.

**Communication and Collaboration**:

- Serve as a point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
- Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
- Schedule and attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute to relevant parties.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.

**Resource Management**:

- Assist in the allocation of project resources, ensuring they are used efficiently.
- Monitor resource availability and allocation, making adjustments as necessary.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and address project risks and issues, escalating them as needed.
- Assist in developing risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.

**Budget Management**:

- Assist in tracking project expenses and ensuring they align with the project budget.
- Prepare budget reports and assist in budget planning.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Experience in in metal fabrication industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel, if required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
