**Position: Project Coordinator at Arizet Labs**

Arizet Labs is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to manage and oversee the development of innovative software projects. You will play a key role in ensuring that projects focused on front-end (React.js, jQuery, Next.js) and back-end (Node.js, MongoDB) development, particularly in the financial sector, are delivered on time and within scope. As a Project Coordinator, you will work closely with developers, designers, product managers, and finance experts to align project objectives, track progress, and facilitate smooth communication across teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage multiple software development projects, ensuring they stay on track and meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set project goals, and define deliverables.
- Facilitate communication between front-end and back-end developers, designers, and product managers to ensure alignment across teams.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress, identifying and resolving issues to keep projects running smoothly.
- Organize and lead regular check-ins, status updates, and sprint planning sessions.
- Ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, business needs, and client expectations.

**Required Work Experience**:

- At least 3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in the software development or technology field.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with front-end (React.js, jQuery, Next.js) and back-end (Node.js, MongoDB) development workflows is a plus.

**Skills and Education**:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and familiarity with Agile methodologies.

**Financial Expertise (a Plus)**:

- Experience coordinating projects related to financial data, market data, or portfolio management is a plus.
- Understanding of financial industry compliance, data security, and regulations is beneficial.

Pay: $60,000.00-$67,500.00 per year
