Community Engagement & Social Impact connects MLSE’s teams with our fans off the court, pitch, and rink. From our ongoing community partnerships, school visits through Huddle Up (bullying prevention program), donation of autographed merchandise for fundraisers across Canada, as well as community awareness nights, MLSE is committed to making a mark in our local community and nationwide.

Reporting to the Manager, Community Engagement & Social Impact, the Donations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the fundraising efforts of community organizations through our merchandise donations program, as well as supporting the overall revenue development of MLSE Foundation and business priorities of the Community Engagement & Social Impact team.
- Contribute to the design, execution, management, and ongoing evaluation of the MLSE Donations program.
- Track & process all requests for official donation items both internally and externally, working across all MLSE business units.
- Coordinate and execute internal communications, delivery, and collection of merchandise for each team signing, across all of MLSE’s teams.
- Ensure financial information, reporting, record keeping, invoices, and expenses are accurately recorded & reported.
- Develop and deliver on reporting and budget tracking in alignment with business priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date information on merchandise inventory and maintain merchandise storage in an organized and efficient manner.
- Develop monthly auctions for MLSE Foundation as an additional revenue stream, which includes but is not limited to, sourcing auction items, developing monthly themes, and working with internal departments to market the auction to external stakeholders.
- Support and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain an understanding of programs to communicate knowledgeably and enthusiastically about the work of our organization.
- Keep inspired and up to date on standard processes, new practices, and innovative ideas, both inside and outside of our sector.
- Assist in the development and execution of internal fundraising initiatives and auctions.

**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years working experience in customer service, community relations, marketing, or project/event management.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to new software quickly.
- Experience using a CRM system like Salesforce is an asset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as required to support role and operations.
- Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety.
- You have experience working with diverse stakeholders both internally and externally.
- You have strong customer service skills including flexibility and patience to deal with varied partners & stakeholders professionally.
- You can work independently and autonomously, while ensuring your work is accurate, precise, and detailed in approach.
