We are seeking a highly motivated rock star Sales Representative to join our growing team
**Position Overview**:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in the field, responsible for cultivating relationships with existing clients, generating new business, and driving revenue growth. Your strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand client needs will be key in delivering tailored solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

This role requires the flexibility to work independently while maintaining a strong customer service focus.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining a consistent call cycle within your territory to act as representative for the brands and customers you service
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, clearly articulating the benefits of our brands.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key business clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term partnership
- Conduct in-person visits to clients and prospects to grow sales, provide product knowledge training and support client & customer needs.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer records.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge to maintain expertise in the field
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues effectively
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3+ years in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
- **Technical Training**: Must be proficient with all Microsoft Suite programs (Outlook, Excel, etc)
- **Customer Service Skills**: Strong ability to build relationships, understand client needs, and provide exceptional service.
- **Sales Expertise**: Advanced sales tactics, negotiation skills, and ability to close deals in a competitive environment.
- **Problem Solving**: Quick on your toes with strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
- **Travel**: Must be willing and able to travel frequently, within the designated territory.
- **Vehicle**: Must have a reliable personal vehicle for travel.
- **Self-Motivated**: Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Base Salary of $44,000 to $55,000
