Outside Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and in-person meetings with potential clients.
- Build and maintain long term relationships with existing customers
- Demonstrate knowledge of our equipment rental offerings to effectively address customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities
- Prepare and present sales proposals
- Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
**Education or experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental sales
- 2+ years of outside sales experience
**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong customer service and trouble shooting skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Full drivers license
- Right to work in Canada
**Compensation**:
- Competitive base salary plus commissions.
- Benefits package including health and insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
Pay: $30,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
