**About this role**

**What you'll do**
- Multi-task and effectively prioritize and work in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Collaborate with recruiting and hiring team members to improve and streamline processes
- Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships (Hiring Managers, Interviewers, Recruiters, Sourcers, etc.) and maintain effective communication channels

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or similar coordination support role
- Experience with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking system
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and problem solving skills in addition to a sense of urgency
- Experience working in a fast-paced work environment with the ability to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently

**Salary Range**

The starting pay for this role is $28 per hour.
