Senior Technical Recruiter

Our team has an immediate 12-month contract opening for a Senior Technical Recruiter.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes for technical/researching positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Act as a brand ambassador for our organization, promoting our employee value proposition and building a strong employer brand within the technical/academic community.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings.
- Coordinate and participate in career fairs, conferences, and other recruitment events to expand our talent network.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to technical/academic recruitment and share relevant insights with the team.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of technical roles and the ability to quickly understand job requirements.
- Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships and communicating effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and recommendations based on data and insights.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing needs and priorities and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
