Human Resources Assistant

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mandate of To Nature Corp.
- Take charge of the recruitment process for employees and creators
- Managing the recruitment, selection process, and interview schedule
- Managing the attendance/ hiolidays of all employees and creators
- Support and participate in the payroll administration of employees
- Participate in the planning of the workforce of the production team
- Maintain documentation regarding employee information, OHS programs, benefits administration, etc.,
- Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Advising and assisting other departmental managers on the interpretation and administration of personnel policies and programs
- Ensuring compliance with legislation such as the Pay Equity Act

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
