Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Jiemeng Group Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and address current and prospective staffing requirements
  • Provide employee assistance and counselling services
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements
  • Screen applicants and advise them on employment requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and selection boards
  • Notify applicants of results and prepare job offers
  • Advise managers on staffing policies and procedures
  • Determine eligibility for entitlements and arrange staff training
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree
  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
What We Offer:
  • Permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week
  • English language working environment
  • Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
