Experienced office administrative position available for our growing physical therapy clinic. If you are friendly, outgoing, can work independently, and are interested in the medical field, come join our team
- Cheerful and pleasant disposition when answering phones as well as greeting patients into the clinic.
- Provide a high-level of customer service.
- Maintain a strict level of confidentiality.
- Assist with medical documents/letters to doctors, lawyers, insurance companies.
- Reconcile accounts receivable.
- Can schedule appointments and complete payment transactions accurately.
- Working knowledge of the EMR Healthquest is an asset.
- Assist the physiotherapists with a variety to tasks.
- Clean/stock clinic rooms.
- Previous clinic experience preferred.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

- French not required

Schedule:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Edmonton, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
