Operations include two manufacturing plants located in Edmonton and Customer Solution Centres located in Langley, Edmonton, Calgary, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Saskatoon, Regina, and Winnipeg.

We are currently recruiting for a **_Renovations Administrator _**for our Edmonton Direct to Consumer department. This individual is responsible for maintenance and routing of phone calls, qualification of leads, payments, and other general administrative duties. These include but are not limited to account creation, electronic and physical filing, credit card and cheque processing. The Renovations Administrator role also actively takes part in Accounts Receivable collection. The Renovations Administrator role also actively takes part in Accounts Receivable collection and is the point of contact with our Finance company for any admin or paperwork issues.

**In this position, you will be responsible for...**
- Dealing with customer issues over the phone
- Processing credit card payments and refunds, cheque preparation, including creating Customer Accounts from Prospects.
- Follow up with customers on payments that are not included in DocuSign, are declined or are missing information.
- Electronic filing. All documentation regarding customers is stored electronically. The Administrator is responsible for uploading of all documentation completed manually.
- Accounts Receivable Collections - assist with the collection of overdue account balances where required. Calling customers, issuing collection letters.
- Daily coverage (lunch breaks) for Main Reception, and additional coverage as required.

**Primary Qualifications Required**:

- High School Diploma
- Post-secondary related to the position
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Reception experience
- AP/AR experience
- Window and door experience would be an asset
- Proficient use of various office based software including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
