Job description
**The Role**:
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build a career in government to citizen services. In a nutshell, this is a front-office Customer Service and data entry position with high attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities will include:
- Client facing - answering queries, advising applicants, managing disputes
- Biometrics capture (Photo & Fingerprints)
- Cash collection & POS entry
- Provide applicants with information on all Value-added services
- Admin duties: photocopying/scanning/filing/inventory
- Complete the delivery of passport to applicant via courier or pick-up
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
**Ideal Profile**
**Experience**:
- Office admin: 1 year (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
- Minimum Education: Associates Degree or Bachelors
- Computer savvy with working experience of Microsoft Office Suits.
- Hands on experience in updating/creating reports
- High level of attention to detail under stringent timelines
- Flexible with work hours (Day shift only)
- Must be willing to produce background verification check upon hire.
