Regional Sales Director

Job Summary
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for developing sales growth in North America, supporting existing customers with new equipment applications, and developing new opportunities. This role will involve representing Fitzpatrick and Quadro products in North America, taking the lead in developing a healthy funnel within the territory, and developing and winning new sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent Fitzpatrick and Quadro products in North America
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and group Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
- Manage existing channel partners and appoint new representatives where appropriate across the territory
- Provide regular contact with existing customers and support service and after-sales activities
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team on the input and execution of marketing plans
- Ensure the group's CRM database (Dynamics 365) is actively managed
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience selling capital equipment
- Experience managing commissioned sales representatives and distributors
- Demonstration of negotiation and sales with senior customer leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and capability to travel worldwide
- An aptitude for technical consultation and product configuration
