Vendor Relationship Coordinator

**Job description**
**Major responsibilities**
- Day to day management of vendor partner performance, process, and procedures.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendor partners by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and check their satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate contract setup.
- Coordinate service delivery interaction with corresponding invoice/payment with Finance.
- Partner closely with internal and external teams to creating open communication, monitoring and providing feedback
- Support operational policy and procedures by developing effective controls and updates to the current process.
- Provide regular performance reporting to senior management.
- Coordinate with vendor partners to develop and facilitate the execution of strategic sales plans.
- Provide direct input into the marketing and promotional activities surrounding products.
- Evaluates for overall effectiveness and provides feedback to suppliers.
- Work with Business Solutions, and Sales teams to ensure a complementary balance of supply with demand.
- Ensure that Third Party resource allocation, availability and forecast overviews are accurate and up-to-date and completed in a timely fashion.
- Provide input and feedback to support continuous improvement with vendor relations
- Provide timely escalation of vendor issues including availability, timing, skills, and service delivery quality and project conflicts.
- Support all other ongoing responsibilities assigned.
**Qualifications**
- At least 2 years work experience in Vendor Relations, Procurement or related field.
- Highly skilled in use of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
- Critical thinking and ability to problem solve through process improvement initiatives.
- Meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication.
- Must be a very detail person and very organized, with good time management.
