**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement vendor management strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
- Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term relationships with key suppliers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop sourcing strategies that align with company goals
- Monitor vendor performance, including quality, delivery, and pricing, and take corrective actions as necessary
- Utilize MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems to manage inventory levels and ensure adequate supply
- Analyze market trends and conduct research to identify new vendors and sourcing opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to fabricate specifications for new products or materials
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen in tracking and monitoring purchase orders, warehouse and logistics operations, serial numbers, packing slips management, and inventory control.
- Develop and maintain vendor scorecards to track performance metrics

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain roles
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Proficiency in using MRP systems or other procurement software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary**: $45,527.54-$111,319.38 per year
