Reporting to the Director, National Pricing, this position will be responsible for updating costs and maintaining customer pricing according to established processes.
Working closely with the pricing and purchasing team, the Pricing Coordinator will ensure product attributes are accurate, list and standard cost are in line and replacement cost is in accordance with the vendor price list. This role requires strong collaboration, a commitment to accuracy and process improvement.
**What you will accomplish with us**:
- Maintain vendor cost change tracker from vendor increase notifications through to completion of files.
- Posting of non-stock price files to internal systems and maintain the section on the playbook.
- Manage analysis of cost increases, communication with suppliers and buyers.
- Develop close working relationships with suppliers and buyers.
- Assist with pricing questions and preparation of changes to be updated in the ERP system.
- Test markup structure standard cost to list on a quarterly basis.
- Audit replacement cost and standard to ensure they’re in line with what is expected.
- Handling of cost inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Work closely with Price Analysts to transfer information regarding irregular cost changes.

- Good communication skills with a proven ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the company.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including analytical, administrative, and tactical execution where required.
- Comprehensive understanding of distribution, including the impacts of accurate cost and product segmentation.
- University Degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
