**Job Summary**

Supports National Sales & Services by coordinating events, programs, and analysis. Managing Sharepoint and assisting with vendor relationships. Coordinating the dealer market development and strategy. Developing a growth market analysis to support the efforts of the field for a succeessful implementation of programs and products.

**Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities**
- Manages dealer accounts, maintaining business relationships, and conducting quarterly business reviews with Dealer accounts.
- Enters opportunities into Salesforce and assists with facilitating opportunity realization.
- Participates in local and national trade association conferences and provides support to present information to the Inside and Field Sales.
- Serves as an individual contributor on the National Accounts team that could include responsibility for but not limited to: National Account tracking and maintenance.
- Assists in executing sales programs with Dealer accounts for short and long-term sales objectives.
- Works with the National Accounts team to analyze reporting metrics for customers.
- Works with the Sales & Services team to coordinate events and programs.
- Assists the Director NSS and Senior Manager KNA with coordinating and planning schedules.

**Nature and Scope**
- Demonstrates skill in data analysis techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information and inconsistencies/anomalies in more complex research/data.
- Nature of work requires increasing independence; receives guidance only on unusual, complex problems or issues. Work review typically involves periodic review of output by a supervisor and/or direct customers of the process.
- May provide general guidance/direction to or train junior level support or professional personnel.

**Work Environment**
- Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
- Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
- Typically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.

**Education and Experience**

Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 2-5 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 2-4 years of experience in a related field. Certification is required in some areas.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Some College or Associate Degree
- 5 Years but Less Than 7 Years
- Has worked in a strategic sales environment
- High EQ and relationship building skills
