The Role:

- Provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources department
- General office administration including, but not limited to reception duties, maintaining and reordering office supplies, distribution of mail, filing, booking events and catering, booking travel and hotel arrangements, and managing the necessary interdepartmental logistics
- Support talent acquisition with a range of recruitment and onboarding functions (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, reference checks, offer letters, employee access, etc.)
- Administer, communicate, and monitor Human Resource policies and programs
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to employees and management
- Organize and plan functions and events
- Assist with ad-hoc projects

The Skills:

- Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive issues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organization
- Prioritize and manage multiple priorities and projects with timely follow through
- Excellent computer skills specifically in Microsoft office products
- Certificate or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related or working toward one is an asset

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
