This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. The **Human Resources Business Partner **provides leadership, expertise, advice and human resource strategies to the store’s leadership team. They will become the expert, leader and administrator of our HR software programs including Workday and other HCM training portals. In addition, this position is focused on implementing programs that will assist the leadership in creating high employee engagement as well as creating a high-performance culture focused on performance improvement and development for all employees. This position will partner with the leadership to become aligned to Capital’s mission, vision, and values with a focus on delivering business outcomes through proactively supporting business and human resources processes.

**Job Duties**
- Full cycle recruitment of all hires including posting of job ads, sorting through resumes, making initial contact, conducting phone and in person interviews with department manager
- Onboarding of new employees including introduction to Capital Automotive Group’s mission, vision and values and assisting the leadership in all onboarding processes. In addition, this position will provide assistance with various administrative duties
- Ensure 100% utilization of Workday from management and staff through championing the product and assisting employees in addressing concerns or questions
- Assist with the Implementation of Performance Management process and documentation, including coordination of employee reviews and required reporting
- Administration of Group Benefit and Incentive programs, including annual renewals, while acting as primary liaison between Payroll, Executive Team and Insuring Companies
- Creation and implementation of corporate Policies in collaboration with management/executive, ensuring attention to current HR and Human Rights legislation
- Support, educate and assist management with Performance Improvement issues and necessary internal investigations
- Provides HR support, advice and guidance referrals to all staff, management and external stakeholders, ensuring adherence to legal and human rights standards.
- Compensation & Staff planning in collaboration with management/executive team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field,
- CPHR designation considered an asset
- Minimum 2-5 years of direct HR experience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to multitask and work on multiple project simultaneously without losing focus
- Knowledge of principles and procedures for human resources management and its related fields.
- Knowledge of all relevant and related legislation and regulations,
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Ability to effectively reason, solve problems, and make decisions.
- Ability to manage time and projects effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, high sense of teamwork and team commitment.
- Ability to work independently with excellent follow-through.
- Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality and ethics

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
