Thyssen Mining is a full-service underground mining contractor with offices and projects across Canada and the USA. Thyssen Mining is looking for an energetic and detail oriented individual to join our Human Resources Department as a Human Resources Generalist at our Regina, SK office.
- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 5 years HR experience, 2-3 years of that being relevant HR Generalist experience. Experience in a mining or construction industry would be an asset.
- An ability to work with a high degree of discretion and complete confidentiality.
- Experience using HR management systems, specifically UKG would be an asset.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- An ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and the ability to work independently in a team-oriented environment are essential
