Office Administrator

We are currently looking for an Office Administrator to play a crucial role in assisting our high school principal and ensuring the smooth operation of administrative functions. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at multitasking, and if you are good at helping top-level executives, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
**Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the principal's schedule, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events.
- Document Preparation: Assist in the preparation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Principal Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the high school principal, anticipating needs and facilitating efficient daily operations.
- Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and files.
- Manage the reception area and staff to ensure effective communication both internally and externally.
- Provide office guests with a hospitable experience.
- Supervise the maintenance of office areas, equipment, and facilities.
- Interact with IT, phone and building personnel as needed.
**Qualifications**
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree ( University/college students are also welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
