**Office Administrator Job Description**
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our Toronto office. We offer a competitive compensation package with salary, benefits and pension.

**Office Administrator Job Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office, and ensuring smooth operations of our administrative processes on a national level (as directed by the COO).
- Provide support to staff and management, including handling correspondence and preparing documents.
- Support to the COO as well including supporting COO in organizing partners meetings and matters for the EC, firm partners retreat, ongoing EC meetings.
- Assist wit the supervision of office staff in Toronto and provide support to the other offices as required.
- Manage off-site storage requirements.
- Oversee office supplies to ensure resources are available when needed.
- Together with the COO, review and update office policies as necessary to reflect changing needs.
- Coordinate with building management for office maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
- Provide regular office operations reports to management and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
**Required Qualifications and Skills**:

- Completes tasks on time and can properly prioritize work.
- Proficiency in using office software.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Provides excellent customer service.
- Comfortable tracking expenses, and supplies.
- Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to a collaborative office culture.
- Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute office projects or events.
**Experience Requirements**:
- Three years’ management experience in an office setting
**Job Type**: Permanent
