Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities:
- answering and providing information on the franchise
- assist with menus and paperwork to run the restaurant
- supply to accountant and legal teams completed paperwork
- Maintain and update office records, including filing and organizing documents
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, interviewing, training, meetings, coordinating different restaurants and travel arrangements
- Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Support the office with various clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for document creation and collaboration, excel, publisher, power point are a must
- Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer service or office administration role is preferred
- Knowledge of restaurant franchising procedures is a plus
- scheduling, benefits, HR pricedures,
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
