Property Administrator Assistant

Collingwood, Canada E & H Property Management Full time

We are looking for a motivated, well organized Property Maintenance Assistant who has the ability to problem solve, assist homeowners with good customer service skills.

**Administrative Duties**
- Obtain quotes/estimates
- Receive and post invoices
- Compile and create excel charts
- Record meeting minutes
- Occasional weekend or after hours meetings

**Maintenance Overview**
- Meet contractors on site
- Seasonal walkarounds of the properties
- Organizing monthly maintenance checks (back flow testing, fire inspections, HVAC/chimney/window cleaning)
- Coordinating on site projects
- Unit inspections

**On Call Requirements**
- On occasional weekends you are required to respond to the emergency line.
- Coordinating with the Property Manager/Assistant/Contractors solutions to the emergency calls

Emergency calls can consist of; Leaks/Floods - Fires/Alarms - Sewage/Water back up Owners locked out of their unit/locked in recreational facilities - Coordinating with EMS

**Qualifications**
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast pace environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Time management and organization.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Team Player Excellent communication skills & Customer Service Experience
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle

Hours are Monday through Friday. Note that after training, you will be required to be on call. Some Saturdays are required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
