We are a small accounting firm in Collingwood. We are looking for someone to provide administrative support to our accounting team. A business background is essential and experience in a bookkeeping and/or accounting environment would be an asset. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Assist in the preparation of reports as required
- Maintain a filing system for important documents
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
The successful individual has a thorough knowledge of office management systems and procedures and is proficient in Excel and Word. Quickbooks experience would be an asset.
You will need to have excellent time management skills and attention to detail. The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is key.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week

- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
