**Job Description**:
The Business Development Manager is responsible for actively finding new business in the airborne geophysical data acquisition industry for Xcalibur Multiphysics. The role will require moderate amounts of regional travel within North America, and the occasional need to work flexible hours to engage with the global sales team. The position reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

**Technical**:

- Understand various geophysical methods, and how these relate to the geology / resource the geophysical survey survey is targeting.
- Understand aviation guidelines and the role of the data acquisition platform in collecting high quality data.
- Deliver proposals that meet internal quality standards and client needs.
- Deliver technical presentations that showcase Xcalibur Multiphysics technology and that are applicable to clients geological problems.

**Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear verbal communication skills.
- Production of high quality documents (proposals, presentations, reports).

**Qualifications**:
**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelors degree in any Earth Sciences or Engineering field.
- Five years of client facing sales experience, preferably in a natural resources setting.
